    Exactly. Which is why when people take it on, and get it handled/treated, or whatever you want to call it, it’s so eye-opening. You separate who you are from your symptoms. And it’s also why this isn’t a mental illness. An illness is something you catch. Or develop.

    I like what the guy with the beard says about, “It’s all they know.” It’s true. We don’t really sense we are different.
